1. Eligibility

Pixel Chicken is available to users of all ages. If you are under the age of 13, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Game. By using the Game, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

To play Pixel Chicken, you may create an account using a username and password, or by signing in through a third-party provider (e.g., Google or Apple). You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Providing accurate information during registration.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Game for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to exploit, hack, reverse-engineer, or modify the Game or its servers.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Game.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other players.
• Impersonate any person or entity, including GenericPixels staff.
• Transmit harmful content, spam, or inappropriate material through in-game communication features.

4. In-Game Purchases

Pixel Chicken is currently free to play. In the future, we may introduce optional in-game purchases. If and when purchases become available, additional terms governing those transactions will be presented at the time of purchase. All future purchases will be final unless otherwise stated.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in Pixel Chicken, including but not limited to artwork, sprites, music, sound effects, game mechanics, code, and text, is the property of GenericPixels, LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Game content without our prior written consent.

6. User Content

Certain features of the Game (e.g., guild announcements, display names) allow you to submit content. You retain ownership of content you create, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content within the Game. We may remove user content that violates these Terms at our discretion.

7. Availability & Updates

We strive to keep Pixel Chicken available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Game at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss of game progress due to server issues, maintenance, or updates.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Game ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits) will remain in effect.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Game will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GenericPixels, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability for any claim related to the Game shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through an in-game notice or by updating the effective date above. Your continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Game will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
